My Philosophy

As a relationship coach…

When you envision a family tree - you think of marriages, procreations, birthdates, and death. Though it’s a visualization of bloodline being passed down, we are visionless of its trauma. You see generations of marriages but fail to see if they were happy marriages. You see generation of offspring, yet unaware of what one’s childhood was like. Some may have died, but do we know if it was peacefully in bed? How many of these people do you think experienced some form of abuse?

There’s something here often being overlooked: the unspoken fears and emotional scars. The patterns of love and loss that shape our connections today. These things don’t show up on a family tree, but they are there, influencing everything we do - whether we realize it or not. They affect the way we have been taught to show up in our relationships with not only our loved ones, but also ourselves. The way we give love and receive love, in the way we seek closeness or create distance They shape the way we express or withhold our needs, and that’s in any situation - even if that includes the bedroom. And at the core, they quietly whisper the question so many of us carry: “Can I really be loved as I am”

When you start to focus on identifying and healing your own emotional trauma you have the ability to change the course of your lineage. Though there are various complex ways of healing trauma a key step in preventing yours from being passed on to your children is by creating a safe and secure relationship with your partner. A secure relationship does not mean “perfect”, but it does include a relationship with a foundation built on

• Trust • Clear Communication • Compromise

• A Better Understanding of One Another • Quick to Repair

• Safety, Security, & Emotional Support

As a sex coach…

Sexual wellness is an integral part of overall well-being. Recognizing that sexuality is a complex interplay of emotional, psychological, and physical dimensions, I emphasize the importance of a holistic approach to sexual health. Understanding one’s own body and desires is fundamental. I help encourage my clients to explore their sexuality through education and awareness, dismantling myths and societal stigmas that limit sexual expression. Effective communication is crucial in fostering healthy sexual relationships. I teach clients the skills necessary to openly discuss their needs, boundaries, and desires with their partners. Honest dialogue not only enhances intimacy but also builds trust, making room for deeper emotional connections. I believe that self-discovery is a lifelong journey. Encouraging clients to engage with their own desires, preferences, and fantasies allows for greater self-acceptance and fulfillment. This process is vital for overcoming guilt, shame, and fear that may hinder sexual enjoyment. Many individuals have trauma or negative experiences related to their sexuality. I believe in the power of healing through coaching, fostering growth and resilience. By addressing past wounds, clients can cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and their partners. Sexual wellness is not a destination but a journey. I advocate for continuous growth and learning through
